Sue Ann Gilroy (republican canidate for mayor of Indianapolis) says that if she gets elected that she will dramaticly crack down on graffiti.  She says "It is a crime that signals the coming onslaught of more serious crimes, drugs and violence. Mayor Goldsmith has decided to assign a graffiti task force to Indianapolis.  The city is trying to push increased punishment on people arested for graffiti.  They are also trying to prohibit the selling of spraypaint to persons under the age of 18.  Click here to read an article about it from the Indianapolis Star.
